OUR STORY
Established in Denver in 2014, brother and sister duo Matt and Ginger Jones founded WebPunch from humble beginnings. When a local plumbing company needed help getting customer feedback and was receiving positive comments, Ginger wondered how she could help get this feedback onto public spaces like Google and Yelp for potential customers to see. With Ginger’s tireless work ethic and Matt’s marketing savvy, WebPunch grew in team members and services, offering a full-fledged suite of tools designed to help businesses stand out online, put their feedback to work, and make meaningful connections with their customers.
THE TEAM
WebPunch is worldwide, from across the US, Mexico, and all the way to Russia. Although we are fully remote, our team makes plenty of time to get together online for the best activities, from cooking with world-renowned chefs to making truffles with the best chocolatiers in Texas and everything in between. We take the time to clear our heads and meditate with Headspace, we invest in personal growth and goals, and we celebrate each other’s wins like we just won the life championship.

Ginger’s heart belongs to her fur baby, Ruby. No one is surprised that her spirit animal is a hard-charging rhino—this Ivy League grad won’t stop until her vision or goal is realized. She’s a practitioner of gardening and the fastest way to get her riled up is to munch loudly on popcorn while watching a movie with her.

Matt literally puts the “punch” in WebPunch. He fully endorses Whitney Houston’s assessment that children are the future and, when he’s not channeling his inner ninja turtle, he’s traveling the world with his son, cooking up treats, and playing with exotic creatures.

CHIEF HAPPINESS OFFICER
Piper is a thirsty woman! At any given moment, she can be seen nursing at least three different drinks at the same time. When she’s not staying thoroughly hydrated, she lives for snowboarding, chicken piccata, and being a mom. She’s the only WebPuncher that has three spirit animals: a lion, an owl, and a dolphin.

At his core, Jon is a creative person who expresses himself through his music and writing. His beard game is strong, and he won’t ever turn down a succulent plate of red curry with pineapple. Jon is most proud of his decision to quit teaching and move to LA to pursue his dream of writing professionally.

Mahala has decided that she will live her best life if she eats an Outshine popsicle every day she’s on Planet Earth. The philosophy,“be kind, you don't know what someone else's struggles may be,” guides her interactions with everyone lucky enough to cross her path and she’s always looking for a good belly laugh.

Danielle’s biggest irrational fear is dinosaurs (don’t even ask). She gets in touch with the universe by creating perfectly curated Spotify playlists. The best way to make her taste buds happy is to savor the pleasure of a well-made Chicago dog, and it’s hard to tell if her spirit animal is a quokka or Dolly Parton.

Melissa’s heart flutters when she thinks about interior design, thrifting, and estate sales. She has created two Wikipedia pages related to geology, and lives by the Eleanor Roosevelt quote, “The purpose of life is to live it, to taste it, to experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience.”

Some people eat pancakes or oatmeal for breakfast, but not Brian. This man eats brussels sprouts, and he eats them every darn day of the year. Apart from his affinity for miniature cabbages, Brian is a lover of punk rock and indie music. He's terrified that he won't live up to his true potential but ultimately believes that he is the master of his fate and the captain of his soul.

Doreen loves motorcycles. Do you know what else she loves? Bugs! Her favorite place that she’s traveled to is Ireland and the way to her heart is Mexican food. She’s envious of people who have photographic memories and the part of her life she’s the proudest of is her children.

Crystal wishes she could speak a different language fluently. She’s optimistic and believes that honesty is the greatest virtue. She can’t say enough about the island of Malta and, despite having a hawk for a spirit animal, is afraid of tall bridges.

Some people like pasta. Lisa LOVES pasta— especially if it’s coated in a rich, creamy sauce. She wishes she were a better dancer and loves to work out and stay fit. Cancún is the best place that she's visited so far and she’d love to explore Australia someday.

Alex is the Russian bear of WebPunch that loves to jog, eat BBQ and spend time with his adorable family. His mantra is “truth is power,” and his beard gives him the strength of a thousand Spartans.

Carlos worships at the altar of electronic music on the reg. He feeds his mind with sci-fi literature and it’s an absolute fact that he will always be there for the people he loves. Have you ever tasted molotes? Well, that’s Carlos’ favorite dish of all time. His spirit animal soars the skies in the form of a falcon.

Here’s a man that loves himself some crafting. Like Jason Bourne, he hates sitting in spots that could potentially leave his back exposed and his trinity of passions include gaming, coding, and music appreciation. He’s jealous of those with graphic design skills and his favorite place in the world is Huajuapan, Mexico, where he attended college.

If Agus were competing in an eating contest against a sloth, it would be anyone’s guess as to who would win. This guy likes to take his time when refueling his body. His biggest irrational fear is saving a place in line for someone who never returns, and he gets fired up about PC gaming and jamming out creating music.

OFFICE ASSOCIATE
Sophia is a reading machine! When she's not digesting the words of Voltaire or Riordan, she's making us weep to the sweet sounds of her violin or piano. Don't ask her on a date to watch the movie Arachnophobia because this girl 100% hates spiders. Her favorite place is Peru, and she adores cutting and dying her hair.

STAFF SUPPORT
When she’s not skipping and prancing around like a newborn lamb, Ruby can be found hiking the majestic peaks of Colorado and indulging in the haute cuisine provided by her BFF, Ginger. She’s particularly fond of goat milk and pumpkin milkshakes, but has also been known to get down with some offal meatloaf. (That one gives most of our office the willies!)
